1. What data we collect
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our newsletter.
This consists of:
- your email address
We do not collect names, profile information, behavioural data, or analytics.
2. How we use your data
Your email address is used solely to:
- send you the newsletter you subscribed to
We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or automated decision-making.
3. Data minimisation and tracking
We intentionally minimise data collection.
- We do not track email opens or link clicks
- We do not use tracking pixels
- We do not build user profiles
- We do not sell or share subscriber data
Our interest is in publishing content, not in analysing readers.
4. Data storage and processing
Email addresses are stored securely within our WordPress installation and processed only for newsletter delivery.
Email delivery may involve a technical service provider (e.g. an SMTP or email delivery service) acting as a data processor on our behalf. Such providers process data only to deliver emails and not for their own purposes.
5. Legal basis for processing
We process your email address based on your consent, which you provide by subscribing to the newsletter.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you
- request correction or deletion
- withdraw consent at any time
The easiest way to stop all processing is to use the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter email.
7. Data retention
We retain your email address only for as long as you remain subscribed.
When you unsubscribe, your email address is removed from the mailing list.
