I realize that the slides from some public lectures on the political economy of Brexit. I used these slides for a range of talks and the slides were developed from around 2018 onwards.
I feel that this connects some dots. The latent political economy dimension and the points of frictions between geopolitical blocks are unlikely to be done justice.
The public lecture highlights the interconnected nature and since I perceive we are seeing a repeat of what led to the 2016 referendum with the heightened politicisation of refugee boats it is worth to raise this here.
